Tapas are a very special part of the Spanish cuisine in that it can be served hot or cold, traditionally or contemporarily, for young or old, for individuals or groups, etc. Because of this huge potential for which the experience can be INNOVATED, we have decided to create this exciting prompt of: Transcending Today’s Tapas!

As an age-old cuisine, one can create new tapas that reflect our changing community, reimagine the tools for these new tapas, and redesign the ordering process or environment in which we consume these tapas.

Our challenge is to transcend today's tapas by redesigning the traditional tapa cuisine, tools, service, dining experience and business model.
