Session Description

Food has been emerged as a research topic through various academic perspectives, ranging from nutrition, agriculture, anthropology, ethnography, cultural studies, linguistics, public health, and many more. As part of FoodInno Symposium 2018, we would like to invite scholars in various domains to start an in-depth conversation what research can be done and how we can potentially collaborate in the future. We would like to hear what everyone is doing in their research field for 10-15min and, and will have a discussion for the future collaboration for grant writing, research exchange, etc.

*Participant support is available for participating in the FoodInno Symposium and the research seminar for a maximum of $1,200 for domestic travel for a minimum of 2 nights and $2,000 for international travel for those who stayed up to 4 nights.
